- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
- Custom, personalized, or engraved jewelry items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Initiating a Return

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged or defective.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- To request an exchange, follow the same procedure as a return and specify the item you wish to receive.

- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
